To create this elegant treasure we start with a luscious white chocolate flavored cheesecake batter on a graham cracker crust, then we add a layer of sweet raspberry filling, which is covered with creamy sour cream topping, which has even more raspberry filling swirled beautifully throughout. (shippers come with a swirled design in the topping, instead of fluting)* The small is the traditional no crust.
NOTE: Our New York batter is baked on top of a chocolate cookie crumb crust and garnished with fine caramel, tiny morsels of dark chocolate chips and bite sized pecans.
